"Les 3 Fourquets" (The 3 Forquets) is an initiative of three people: Pierre Gobron, Chris Bauweraerts and Gilles Poncin.
The first two mentioned are the founders of the Achouffe Brewery, and the latter, Gille Poncin, is a young and talented chef from Houffalize, who has built-up a reputation in the region, thanks to his gastronomic restaurant "La Pomme Cannelle" (the Cinnamon Apple).
The philosophy of the "Les 3 Fourquets" is to be able to offer, in one and the same place, two types of cooking, a small brasserie and a beer garden/
The facilities described above may also be used by groups for seminars, meetings, brewery visits, musical evenings, "first-day" art exhibitions, etc...
